Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a Korean martial sport's most popular and also the national sport of Korea. This is the martial art world's most widely played and also competed in the Olympics.
In Korean, only to Tae means "to strike or break with foot"; Kwon means "fist" and Do means "way" or "art". So, Taekwondo can be freely translated as "the art of hand and foot" or "street" or "way of the foot and fist". Popularity has led to the art of taekwondo is growing in many forms. Like many other martial arts, taekwondo is a combination of fighting techniques, martial arts, sports, fitness, entertainment, and philosophy.
Although there are many doctrinal and technical differences among taekwondo organizations, art in general emphasizes kicks performed from a mobile stance, using the coverage and greater leg strength to knock out your opponent from a distance. Three Materials in Practice

Philosophy in Tae Kwon Do Belt

White symbolizes purity, initial / basic of all colors, the beginning. (Learn the basic steps (Taeguk) 1)
